This policy explains what personal data WebVipers collects through webvipers.com, why we collect it, who processes it for us and what rights you have. It applies to this website only. Data we process for clients under a service agreement is covered by that agreement.
What we collect
- Form details you give us in the Lead Leak Audit, contact and booking forms: name, business name, industry, website or Instagram, WhatsApp number, email, whether you run Meta ads, approximate ad budget, your message and your consent choice.
- Attribution data: the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), ad click IDs (fbclid, gclid), Meta browser identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), the page you landed on and the referring site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our cookie policy.
- Chat transcripts if you use our website chat or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data such as your browser type and the time of your request, used to keep the site secure and to stop spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run your audit and arrange your call.
- To understand which of our ads and pages bring enquiries, so we spend our own ad budget well.
- To report conversions to Meta and Google, so our ads reach people likely to be interested.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
We rely on your consent (for marketing and analytics cookies, and to contact you about your request) and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.
Who processes it
- RaabtaHQ, our own platform, where enquiries, chats and our sales pipeline are stored.
- Meta (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, WhatsApp) and Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads), for measurement and advertising, only with your consent where required.
- Our booking provider, when you book a call.
- Our hosting provider (Vercel), which serves this website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We use providers that protect personal data appropriately.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for [RETENTION PERIOD] afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Attribution cookies expire after 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to a data protection authority.
